Iron   eg System


This program will cover lower leg aliments from ankle conditions to knee conditions, how to bulletproof your lower extremities, strengthening with multiple exercise protocols utilizing over 100 exercises. Students learn how to quickly identify any physical limitations that may be causing a jumper's inefficiencies and master simple solutions to get them back on track.


Dr. James Chiew received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from the New York Chiropractic College. He is also a Certified Clinical Acupuncture Provider and Concussion Management Clinician. Dr. Chiew has a passion for all sports, with his perpetual pursuit on the latest information on health and fitness, he never ceases to stop learning. He is Titleist Performance Institute Certified (TPI).  


Sherman Su is a professional dunker and vertical jump coach. Being a multi-sport athlete with extensive knowledge and over a decade of jumping experience with zero knee pain, I will guide you through and show you how I was able to bulletproof my knees!
